This time around I got to show you how I used Artificial Intelligence to create a buyer / seller package and also how I use it to batch create social media content.
Later in the day I switched gears to show how I used Canva to put it all together and as a bonus I also showed how Canva can be used for video editing.
If you liked my ideas and examples but lost on how to start or what to do next... I'm going to suggest we personally talk so I can hear the top three things that stood out to you... so I can quickly go deeper on just your starting points from that.

I created this "buyer / seller magazine" using Artificial Intelligence so most of the work is done. That page has the Canva templates, video of me showing how to edit it and also a printing form so you can order these books for about $2 Canadian!
I also showed you how I used A.i. to batch create my content.
We also covered how I use Canva to edit videos.
We covered A.I. the last time I was with you. This page has one video on ChatGPT and another on MidJourney.
I realize this is a lot to go over. If too much choice is parlaying please just book a refresher session and I'll narrow down what you should focus on next.

Please stick with the tools and systems provided by your brokerage. I don't want to take people away from something you already have and just aren't using. A new system isn't usually the answer.
