Group coaching Co-Branded as your office: $174 per month
I have a special deal that gets your office 2 training sessions a month + a recruiting landing page.
My calls are "group calls" meaning agents from all brands are on these.
This gives all your agents a membership to my bi-weekly zoom calls, giving you 2 training sessions a month to add to your calendar, a recruiting landing page + access to all my past recordings in a training portal you can give access to.
This is both a agent training program & a agent recruiting package.
Monthly brokerage in-house training: $400 per month
Some offices choose to do bi-monthly. Others have me in monthly. This is a private webinar just for your office.
You can record the webinars to add to your training curriculum. I'll do all the hard work: Creating the dates, topics and content.
Let me handle the training of your agents so you can get back to doing what you love.
Regional brokerage tours: $1,000 per office.
Every season I stack 5-10 brokerages who each pay $1,000. Doing a mini tour speaking at local brokerages in the same region over a 1-2 week period depending how many we can stack.
Each office gets me for live in person for a hand crafted private event. The brokerage provides the location, hotel and food for the agents.
Because the talks are stacked the same week, I get to offset the cost of the flight between all the brokerages combined. Making it a possibility for a local brokerage to afford a special in-house session.
Keynote speaking fees: $2,800 + hotel (I cover the flight).
Keynotes usually run 1 hour, but I'm already in the area so I'd love to do more if I can. Adding additional breakout sessions, offsite masterminds or anything else I can do to make your event a smash hit.

I'm adaptable. I can speak with the aid of a presentation or command the attention with nothing but my voice.
I come fully prepared with my own:

I would request a screen or projector to hook up to and audio (mic) depending on the size of the room.
Handouts or promotional material?
I have a stock video you can use for promotion. Depending on the event I can make a personal video too.
I also have handouts if you plan on printing anything. I can contribute a print ready design to give your agents as a item of value. Ask me for the template.
