I know I hit you with a lot of info speaking for 3 hours so let break it all down based on the three sessions.

SESSION ONE NOTES (QR CODES):

In session one I covered QR codes and Seller leads.

The tools I mentioned to create QR codes:

• The tool I actually use? https://codeeqr.com/ (because it makes QR to SMS, QR to phone, QR to your contact card, QR to your WiFi and much more. I also use this one because I got a life time deal but that no longer exists.

• How did I find lifetime deals? (search CR code, or calendar, or anything else you currently pay monthly for): https://appsumo.com/ 

This is an example of my “catch all landing page”: https://resources.brokeragenation.com/contact … if I was to use 1 QR code to rule them all? Something on my biz cards, handouts, etc it would be a page on your on website that has your contact, calendar, social media, links to your call-to-actions. Consider it like your menu of options.

Make a page on your website that quick links to your search page, house values page, featured listings page (realtor.ca profile works good for that), and links to any other resources you commonly share. Think buyers guide, sellers guide, etc. Oh and your social media nd calendar if you have one.

Now you have master link you can use on all your marketing!

If this sounds daunting I can usually make a page like that in about 45 min. I can show you samples if interested.

At the end of the session I showed you a QR code sign rider template. Something to generate leads off your for sale signs. You can have a basic call to action saying something like: For pictures, price and videos Text: FEATURED To: (647) 699-6047 (or whatever your personal cell is) and now you’ll be getting random strangers texting you. Wanna get fancy? Include a QR code that links to your featured listings page, or sends you a text.

This is a template you can use. Just make sure it’s the same width as your for sale sign.

Session 2 (Artificial Intelligence):

You’ll want to use ChatGPT but I suggest before you pay for it you use free version provided by bing: https://www.bing.com/chat?q=Bing+AI&FORM=hpcodx

If you want to create images using AI you can use ChatGPT AND Canva… but nothing beats the ease and results of Midjourney: https://www.midjourney.com/home
