Ideas on ways I could help you:

  • I could do a webinar for you to offer real estate agents in your local market. I'd just treat it as a one off coaching call. Not ongoing for subscription. I'll make you a landing page, get you some social media, help you refine your list and get you the scripts to start using it as a reason to build your agent referrals and contacts in your local area.   • Systems... I have a "done-for-you" system set up program. It's like coaching, but it's also like you hire us as you assistent and we build out your systems. Whatever is broken or missing in your business life.   • I know 1/2 the room missed me in the afternoon as the team builders had to go focus on that. I actually have a full recruiting session I did at NAR in San Francisco that 100% relates. Maybe we could do together in the future? Just a thought.

  • For the A.i session I have a few recordings that relate to that... Start with ChatGpt as that's the most useful. For creating images I suggest using MidJourney. This video shows how I use ChatGPT & MidJourney together to create my social media:

  • I also offered you Canva templates. Resources you can give out to agents and use as your own. Maybe this is a webinar we do in the future? One on Canva and I show your team and staff how to edit these and use Canva? Just another thought.

  • Canva template for letter head letters.

  • Canva template for a home buying resource book that can be rebranded.
