I shared with you a RLP Frank community guide for your agents to use as a starter. Something you can customize and maybe make for other areas (think Whitby, Peterborough, etc).

This one is for Oshawa to give you the ideas I'd cover when making a community guide :-)


The 3rd topic was using Google NotebookLM


Basically, Google NotebookLM won't hallucinate as much as ChatGPT and it's the LLM you should use when working with documents and data.

In this video I show you how to take your Google reviews and how to turn them into a mini podcast.

That's just a fun idea but the real power is using it for your CMA's, contracts, etc.


Please remember Ai isn't actually intelligent and it's just a tool for you to use. It's not to do the work for you, but rather to be a tool that speeds up your process and helps with creative blocks.

Personally I use it in small chunks as I work. Only helping with parts. Never doing all the work.

Ai just isn't capable to do everything from start to finish.

For many Ai becomes the blind leading the blind. If you truly want to make a dent in something I suggest booking a free call with me. It's not. sales pitch.
